Lakeshore Beauty (Burlington Lakefront)

The client approached us with their investment property. The client wanted everything gutted and removed with hopes to bring new life to this outdated unit. The concept of this project was a traditional modern twist with elegance all in the steps of lakeshore downtown Burlington. We were able to redesign the kitchen to provide an open-concept look with a large island. We also raised the ceiling by 1 ½ foot, mind you it was in a low-rise condominium. We added a white feature stonewall and accentuated the walls with wainscoting. The client was very pleased with the workmanship and had sold their unit above the market value.
