Rentals on Bold St. (Downtown Hamilton)

Our client approached us with their rental unit where they wanted a quick turnover but with quality workmanship to rent out their units as soon as possible. The building was over 70 years old and had great character to it. We worked on three units in a short time frame. We also revamped the entrance foyer of the building. The client was able to rent out their units quickly and was able to rent above market value.
